Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with all purchases you make from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a refund. The conditions are as follows:

1.  Returns must be made and received by us within 60 days of delivery or receipt.

2.  Merchandise must be in original condition.

3.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please do not ship returns C.O.D. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. They will be refused and the package returned to you.

Our Return Procedure

Package the item along with the original paperwork and send shipping paid to:

1.  Please be sure to double check your email address to help insure a prompt reply.

2.  Save the Manatee Club will reimburse return postage costs ONLY if we shipped the wrong item/size. Most refunds are made by check. If you prefer we issue a credit to your credit card that was used, please include your account number and expiration date with your shipment.
